Accessibility

  • The Kew the Music site is a green field site. There is flat access throughout the concert site; however it should still be noted that some areas of the grounds at the event site are uneven and special care should be taken whilst moving around the site. There is also a short distance from the entrance to the concert site.

  • There is a designated wheelchair viewing platform available at the Kew the Music concerts for wheelchair users. Spaces on the platform are limited. The wheelchair platform is located in the General Admission area only. One personal assistant will be permitted to sit on the platform with each wheelchair user. Chairs will be provided.

Accessible toilets are positioned at the rear of the wheelchair user platform and at various other locations around the site.

For customers not using the wheelchair platform, we would recommend arriving early at the event to find a spot suitable for your needs. The back and sides of the arena are traditionally quieter. Where possible, disabled access and wheelchair platform ticket holders will be permitted entry ahead of other ticket holders to allow extra time to travel to the arena. If you would like to do this please ask stewards at the gate where you should wait.

  • Guide dogs or registered disability assistance dogs are allowed within the Gardens. Other animals are not allowed.

  • No, private cars may not drive into the Gardens.

  • Please note there is no parking available at Kew the Music.

Kew is unable to reserve specific spaces so we advise leaving in plenty of time to secure a parking space closest to your chosen entry gate. As an alternative, during the concert week Kew will operate a designated pick-up/drop-off area at Elizabeth Gate.

  • Accessible tickets and wheelchair platform tickets are sold by The Ticket Factory, in partnership with Nimbus.

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a lead authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

Accessible and wheelchair platform tickets can be bought online or over the phone (0800 640 5001).

There is usually significant demand when events go on sale, so we advise that customers purchase accessible tickets online rather than attempting by phone and missing out.

To purchase accessible tickets online you will need an Access Card registration. If you are not already registered, you can find out more here.

Once you have had confirmation from your Access Card application has been completed, you will need to link it to your The Ticket Factory account by logging in to the My Account page and clicking the Accessibility tab.

Once you are logged in and have linked your access card, navigate to the tickets you wish to purchase here. You'll be able to browse and purchase available accessible tickets.
